Real talk, guys. As much as I love food blogging, food photography and all that jazz, it’s done a number on my weight. This is the heaviest I’ve been, like heavier than I was after I gained freshman 15 in college. I haven’t weighed myself in five-ever, but I finally stepped on a scale, and not gonna lie, it shocked me. It shouldn’t have…but it did nonetheless.
I don’t fit into 90% of my clothing, and I just feel “meh” all the time. That’s why I’m taking serious measures to get back into shape. Now, I’ll still be going out and experiencing amazing eats in DC, but I’m planning on working out HARD and meal prepping on the regular.
