Sharing my third and final outfit photographed by the amazing Joseph Tran. If you missed parts 1 and 2, click on their respective tabs to see more. My makeup was done by the incomparable Valerie Hammer, and she made me feel like a total smoke show. No one does makeup like she does.
It’s been a minute since I last shot any new outfits. I’ve been crazy busy with my new digital marketing company, but no complaints here. I feel super, super blessed about it all. It’s been opportunity after opportunity, and I couldn’t be more excited of what’s to come. It’s a crazy amount of work though. Good thing I’m all about the grind. I thrive under pressure, but man, I do feel like I’ve been “on” 24/8 for the last month and a half.
Robby and I have been working tirelessly to promote REDEYE, and we’re pretty excited about our results thus far. They’re at 15k+ RSVPs, and we still have 2 weeks of digital marketing left which is dope. Honestly, I can’t even begin to tell you guys how much I care about REDEYE.
I even invested a big chunk of my own payment into this project, hoping it’d amplify our efforts. I just want all the vendors to have a super successful night. They keep 100% of what they make so DMV friends, pull up and be ready to eat.
Definitely got a little off track, but let’s talk clothing. For today’s post, I’m wearing my go-to bralette from Free People, a tulle skirt from Morning Lavender, and my FAVORITE jean jacket from Red Dress Boutique. I know tulle had a moment a few years back, but I’m still a big fan.
Love the texture, and love the femininity of the fabric. For those of you interested, this piece is still available on their website for $70.99. I’m wearing a size small, and it fits me quite well. It’s a little on the longer side, but throw on a pair a heels, and you’ll be good to go – also sold in mauve, white and dusty rose. It’s high waisted so pair it with a cute crop top and jacket for an effortlessly stylish fall ensemble.
