Guys, I’m SO bummed right now! I wanted to do a fab find-of-the-day post featuring my new polka dot shirtdress, BUT IT SOLD OUT. Le sigh. Luckily, there are a lot of other similar – and most importantly, affordable – options available so recreating this look will be easy peasy lemon squeezy. I haven’t done a workwear post in quite some time so I thought I’d tackle it today. Now, it was NOT 95 degrees outside when I shot this with Sung – hence the blush duster. However, the weather isn’t going to stay this hot so use this as inspo for another day!
For my latest, I buttoned my new polka dot shirtdress ALL the way up and wore a crystal statement necklace as a faux-collar of sorts. I didn’t want my look to be too dark so I wore a light blush jacket on top to add some color. To finish off the ensemble, I carried a satchel to match and threw on black pumps. The dress is on the shorter side – short for work at least – so buttoning it up was a must, at least for me. What do you guys think of this office-friendly getup. Is it something you’d wear? And is anyone else obsessed with polka dots? I swear to god, just looking at the print makes me happy, ha.
Anywho, like I mentioned earlier, this particular dress is no longer available for purchase, but there are several other cute options online, and I’ve linked them below in a convenient widget because I love you guys. Scroll down to take a looksee!
