Hey friends! I don’t know if you remember, but a long while back, I featured this pink ruffle mini as a must-have find on here. Man, it’s crazy how time flies! The last time I highlighted this dress was July 2019 – here’s a pic from the post I’m referencing if you missed it. I was in Korea at the time, and I was staying at a gorgeous hotel on Jeju Island.
I really miss Korea. I still have family there so I try to visit as much as possible, but as you all know, traveling’s not an option right now. If you want to read about my trip last year, check out the following links:

Last year, I wore my pink minidress with a sheer button front top. It was warm, but I didn’t feel comfortable baring my shoulders so I threw on this shirt for good measure, then wore white sandals and a crossbody to match.
People often wonder why I’m so obsessed with this top. It’s because my grandma gave it to me, and wearing it makes me feel closer to her. There’s just something so special about meaningful hand-me-downs.
For today’s outfit-of-the-day, I styled my Free People slip dress with an oversized long shirt. I absolutely love layering, and sheer clothing like this is my kryptonite. This striped piece oozes style with ease, and I especially enjoy wearing it because it was one of the few items I purchased during my trip to Korea. The sleeves are balloon-esque, which some people may not like, but I love that they’re unique.
I’m not carrying a bag in today’s post because Jan and I wanted to do an editorial-style shoot, but if I was, I would’ve gone with a blush or light gray bag to match. I didn’t wear any jewelry for this look, but I finished things off by wearing a pair of cute but comfortable wedges. I’d link you guys, but I purchased them a long while back during a blowout sale at an Aldo factory outlet.
If you’ve been following me for some time, you probably already know this, but Free People has a bralette version of this dress, and it’s one of my favorite crops of all time. In fact, so much so that I purchased it in 3 different colors: black, orange and white.
They have a ton of cute options available, but the Adella (priced at $38) is by far my favorite. It fits beautifully and flatters any and every shape. Trust me when I say you want to get one for yourself! Whether you want to wear it under or over or all on its own, it’s a staple that you’ll love for years to come.
