It’s been a while since I last published a beauty review, but I’m going to be much better about it moving forward. As you know, I’m kind of a nut when it comes to skincare, and I love trying new things to see what works best for my face. This was my first time trying Ceramiracle, and I used everything for a solid 3 weeks straight prior to this write-up to get an accurate overview for you guys.
1. Flowerberry Eye Illuminating Cream
This product’s formulated to repair your eye area for brighter, younger looking peepers. With ingredients like chrysanthemum flower, wolfberry and Schisandra berry, this targets key problems like puffiness, fine lines and dark circles.
Olay’s always been my go to, but I really enjoyed using this product as well. It’s mild yet moisturizing so it’s great for all skin types. Also, the texture’s light so it absorbs quickly, and you don’t have to deal with any oily residue. I store mine in the fridge because the cooling effect feels great and helps with puffiness. I don’t have crows feet so I can’t comment on their fine line claim, but I do think this is a solid product that’s worth trying. Available for purchase here for $49!
2. First Light, the Serum
This was easily my favorite product of the three I tried from the Ceramiracle line. They describe it as “universally loved by all skin types,” and I’d have to agree because both me and my mom flipped over this serum. It’s designed to hydrate with ingredients that mimic vernix caseosa.
You’re probably wondering what that is, and it’s a little out there so bear with me. Vernix is the white waxy substance that protects a baby’s skin after birth. Ceramiracle uses plant-sourced squalene + a ceramide proprietary blend to perfectly match the aforementioned substance. Not gonna lie, I was a little weirded out at first, but it’s all plant-based so there’s nothing gross about it.
The texture’s oily so this will be especially effective during the fall and winter – I don’t know about you guys, but my skin needs extra oomph when it gets cold. This product’s basically oil and essence combined into one bottle. If you have very dry skin, you can use this all year ’round. I apply it on my face post-toner before bedtime, and I wake up with glowing skin. Available for purchase online for $89!
3. First Light, The Essence
I’m not really sure why they call this essence, but I used it like toner. They call it a “holy trinity of rice water, mugwort and ginseng,” and it contains a potent mixture of vitamins and minerals that help with complexion and elasticity. This was my least favorite product of the bunch, but I know people who swear by it so you’re gonna have to just try it for yourself.
At $75, it doesn’t come cheap, but you’re getting a lot of product for that price. It’s a 150ml bottle so it should last for at least half a year. I’m curious to hear your thoughts though so if you decide to try this essence, let me know!
Ceramiracle’s PETA-verified so all their products are cruelty-free and vegetarian-friendly. Their line doesn’t contain harmful preservatives, fragrances or unsafe chemicals so rest assured, you’re using quality products that will do your skin good. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions – I’m always happy to hear from you guys.
They generously offered to raffle away two $50 gift cards so take advantage! As always, all you have to do is follow them on instagram via rafflecopter below. There are a handful of bonus entries available to up your chances of winning so go wild, friends. This contest’s open internationally and ends on October 14th. Good luck, everyone!
