Warmer months mean more time spent in the sun, and even though two thirds of women know they should wear SPF daily, only a third actually do. I get that sunscreen typically means greasy white streaks, but I promise you, the product I’m going to tell you about today is a game-changer. Now, I called Olay Whips the “Unicorn of Moisturizers” here not too long ago so I’m super excited to introduce you to its equally bamf sister product, Olay Whips with SPF 25.
Unlike other sunscreens, Whips with SPF 25 has Active Rush Technology, which holds and releases 1000x it’s weight in hydration, instantly absorbing into the skin, so it feels light and moisturizing. You honestly won’t believe it even has SPF in it because the formula’s so bomb!
It blends with all skin tones and leaves NO residue behind, which is an absolute must for me since I use sunscreen every day. Yep, that’s right. Every. Single. Day. No exceptions. My skin tends to be on the drier side so it’s hard for me to find moisturizing sunscreens that keep me hydrated, but this gets the job done. My face never feels dry with this on so I don’t have to worry about layering more product on!
I’m super strict when it comes to skincare so wearing SPF is non-negotiable. It doesn’t matter whether I’m staying in or going out, I slather it on as soon as I wash my face in the AM. It’s been a crucial part of my routine for the last ten years because it actively protects my skin from sun damage and skin cancer.
Trust me when I say this guys, you don’t want to mess around with UV rays. It doesn’t matter if it’s hot or cold, cloudy or sunny, [insert weather condition of choice], UV and UVB rays WILL find a way to mess with your skin and inflict damage.
Sunscreen helps keep your complexion even, prevents undesirable discoloration from happening, and slows down premature aging. If you’re not convinced yet, I don’t know what else to tell you guys. The only bad thing about sunscreen is potential streaking, but that’s what’s great about Olay Whips with SPF – it hydrates beautifully without peeling and acts as a lovely base for makeup.
So, what do you guys think? Would you give this product a try? If yes – and your answer should definitely be yes – click here to purchase! As always, don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns. And PS, this product isn’t just for women. My guy friends ask me for skincare advice all the time, and I always, ALWAYS link them to Olay skincare because it’s effective and affordable.
As always, a huge thanks to the wonderful Sung Shin for the photography. For more on beauty, click here, and to see more on skincare, make sure to browse this tab. I update Sensible Stylista every Monday, Thursday and Saturday so check back soon. Sending all the positive vibes from the DMV!
